Since stepping into his role in January 2024, Seth Schilling, manager of regional customer service for Entergy Louisiana, has demonstrated a passion for customer service and community engagement. Schilling’s journey with Entergy began in 2019 within the customer service department, but his foundation was laid in the supply chain sector, supporting the River Bend Nuclear Station.
