Engineers are key players in our business. Along with operations coordinators and supervisors, they turn data into design, making grid improvements more resilient and reliable. When it came to a recent substation rebuild in Winona, Mississippi, these grid teams took their duties a step further and in turn saved our customers $390,000.

More than 400 customers access tools and resources to beat the heat

More than 400 Entergy Mississippi customers from the Cleveland and Greenville areas got out of the heat to learn how to beat the heat at the Bolivar County Expo Center in Cleveland earlier this month. Entergy partnered with local community advocate organization Boss Lady Economic Planning Development, led by Pam Chatman, to hold the half-day event. The customer engagement event showcased a variety of Entergy tools and programs that help customers manage energy usage and bills.

Southern University at New Orleans to receive over $300,000 from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Smart for energy efficiency

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) is expected to receive approximately $380,000 in cash incentives from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Smart, Entergy New Orleans’ energy efficiency program, for implementing a series of energy-saving upgrades across its campus.
