Entergy ranks 6th at 2022 Global ERG Summit
Entergy placed sixth in the Enterprise-Wide ERG category of the Diversity Impact Awards during the 2022 Global ERG Summit in September. The summit recognizes best practices for employee resource groups, diversity councils, networking and affinity groups.

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and the Entergy Charitable Foundation awarded more than $7.9 million in shareholder contributions to 565 nonprofit organizations throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas during the first half of this year. More than half of the contributions went toward organizations that support bill payment assistance for residential customers, education and social programs in diverse and primarily underrepresented communities.
What drives innovation? Black Tech NOLA 2022
Entergy was proud to sponsor Black Tech NOLA, an annual innovation conference created to raise awareness around building an accessible and equitable technology talent pipeline in the New Orleans region. This is the fifth year the event was held in June in downtown New Orleans, coinciding with the annual Essence Music Festival. The three-day event hosted hundreds of industry leaders and global brands together to focus on jobs and career pathways in media, film, gaming, design and music in the technology industry.
Entergy sponsors American Heart Association Go Red events
STEM Goes RednEntergy was the presenting sponsor of the American Heart Association’s 2022 STEM Goes Red event on March 24 at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. The event encourages young women to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and math. Fifty high school girls assembled for the first in-person event since 2020, engaging in a daylong event of hands-on STEM activities and mentorship. The day kicked off with a talk by Taiwan Brown, vice-president, diversity and workforce strategies, on increase diversity in STEM fields for women.
