Entergy Mississippi storm update – 3/15/2025, 11:30 a.m.

A round of thunderstorms with high winds, lightning, and a reported tornado moved through the Entergy Mississippi service territory last night and this morning resulting in customer outages. As of 10:30 a.m., approximately 6,400 customers are without power.

Entergy Arkansas storm update – 3/15/2025, 6 p.m.

Severe thunderstorms with heavy winds and confirmed tornadoes moved through the Entergy Arkansas service territory last night into the early morning hours resulting in a peak of 15,000 customer outages.

Entergy Mississippi storm update – 3/15/2025, 7:30 p.m.

Damage assessment is also underway and we anticipate this to be a multi-day restoration event, particularly in the more severely impacted areas. Currently, damage assessment is 82% complete and has identified damages to 157 poles, 17 transformers, 115 cross arms, and more than 13 miles of downed wire.

Entergy Mississippi has successfully completed restoring power to all customers in whose homes and businesses could safely take electricity following Saturday night’s severe weather.

Entergy Arkansas continues to actively monitor the winter weather expected to move through the state this week bringing snow, sleet and freezing rain.
