Entergy Arkansas warns of solar scammers

Unfortunately, as the renewable industry expands, Entergy Arkansas has heard from customers and agencies like the Attorney General’s office about many scams popping up.

Entergy Arkansas storm update – 5/28/24, noon

Approximately 2,536 customers from a peak of 22,700 remain without power, with most expected to be restored today by 10 p.m. A total of 44,000 customer interruptions have been restored since Friday evening, while some areas in the northern portion of the state will not be energized until later in the evening or Wednesday, May 29.

Entergy Arkansas storm update – 5/27/24, 12:30 p.m.

Crews have worked around the clock to safely restore power since multiple rounds of severe weather caused widespread outages across Entergy Arkansas’ service territory starting the afternoon of May 25 through early morning May 26. Currently, 6,045 customers remain without power. Many customers will receive power by tonight at 10 p.m. However, due to structural damage, complex terrain and vegetation debris in the most heavily impacted areas, estimated restoration for some customers may be extended.
