Entergy Texas is reminding customers to stay safe this season. From home projects to festive decorating, a little extra caution can go a long way in keeping everyone safe and ready to enjoy the months ahead.

Customer Service Week, a national celebration held Oct. 6–10, is a time to honor the dedicated employees who work each day to support customers and communities. At Entergy, being customer-centric isn’t just a value, it’s the heart of everything we do.

In response to this summer’s high temperatures, Entergy is supporting its customers with bill payment assistance, cooling fans, energy efficiency kits, home weatherization help and collaboration with local community organizations.
