The board of directors for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø today announced the election of R. Lewis Ropp as an independent director, effective Aug.15. Ropp brings to Entergy’s board a deep understanding of finance, capital markets, investor relations and regulatory compliance.
Entergy’s board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.60 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 2, 2025, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 13, 2025. Entergy has paid shareholders a cash dividend on its common stock continuously since 1988.
